How to Pre-Order: You can place your pre-order by phone, in person at the store, by filling-in our contact us form, via email or order online. This flexibility ensures that securing your meal is as convenient as possible.

Payment Options: Pre-orders require either full prepayment at the time of ordering or payment upon pickup. We accept cash, credit / debit card and TWINT.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up until 24 hours before pickup. Beyond this period, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

No-Show Policy: If a pre-order is not picked up within the designated time, the order may be forfeited without a refund, and the meal may be offered to another customer. Customer will not be informed from us.
